Jeremy Bromwell is an entrepreneur, farmer, and community builder who has called Tellico Plains home since 2020. After a decade in marketing and advertising in Atlanta, New York City, and San Francisco - and three years running a business while traveling full-time - he chose East Tennessee deliberately, purchasing land to start Grow and Flow, a regenerative farm and yoga and movement studio.
As a certified TCTSY (Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga) facilitator, he supports the recovery journey of survivors of trauma and PTSD in Monroe, McMinn counties and beyond.
He has thrived in some of the largest cities in this country and now is bringing life back to the land and movement to the community surrounding his East Tennessee home.
