This program is operated using Twilio as our messaging service provider. Your participation is entirely voluntary.
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Jeremy 4 TN by completing the subscription form at jeremy4tn.com/subscribe and checking the SMS opt-in box, or through any other opt-in mechanism expressly offered by Jeremy 4 TN.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided, that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Jeremy 4 TN at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, donation, or other activity.
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to that number. You may also email legal@jeremy4tn.com with your name, mobile number, and a request to be removed.

Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Coverage may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use Twilio to deliver messages; Twilio processes message data as a service provider on our behalf.
All messages sent under this program are political campaign communications paid for by Jeremy 4 TN. They are not commercial solicitations. Content may include candidate information, policy positions, event details, and calls to action related to the 2026 Tennessee House District 23 campaign.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
